Cannot change language via control panel

It is impossible for me to add a second language to my forum. If I try to do so, it says this: "The Simple Machines site is not responding. Please try again later."

This is clearly a bug. I tried to add it via Control Panel.
Dutch and English forum for any topic: https://algemenefora.site/smf/index.php

Visit Algemene Fora (General Forums/Forums about anything) now and become moderator.

Likely not a bug, but a probable server issue on our side.

Cannot download languages from the admin panel - and other related errors...
