Just extract the files manually if you already installed it with cause an erorr since the files where already modified.

Well sort off. I was thinking of making an option for a category to have a board to post the message to. So if someone posts in the gallery and the category has an board id it will also create a topic in that board. Debating if I want it to show the thumbnail in the post or the full image.

or vice-versa (from forum posts to the gallery) and allow both options (thumbnailed and full).

Subcats/folders/albums I have planned. I am going to see if I can get it into this release or the next release.

Two things I am trying to finish right now are membergroup upload limits, and category viewing permissions.

those are really much needed features, also see if you guys can tie it in with the shop mod. posted something there.

I have had an odd problem.

I have my forums tied in to Joomla through a bridge, and so the forum, link is different.  (http://www.bront.org/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=27 [nofollow] in my case from www.bront.org [nofollow])

The forums used to be viewed from http://forums.bront.org [nofollow], which uses a different cookie than the bridge.

The problem: When I would do some fuctions in the gallery, it would kick me to the forums link instead of the www link, and I wouldn't have access anymore.

I did find a solution. You have to change the gallery URL from <Forum URL>/gallery to <www url>&action=gallery.

In my case, it was http://forums.bront.org/gallery [nofollow], and I changed it to
http://www.bront.org/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=27&action=gallery [nofollow]

A fairly simple fix, but one that probably should be documented.

Suggest for first update heh. I am almost ready to release the first version early next week.
Right now, I am just working on a couple little mods that you can download for the gallery then update the gallery website and should be good to go.

Does this mod allow to assign it to a certain member group in either the lite or pro version? I have some paying subscribers to my board and I'd like to give this feature only to them.

Also, is there a link to where I can see this mod in action?

Is it easy to upgrade from lite to pro? I'd like to install the lite version just to see how it fits my particular forum.

Yes, there is an upgrade from lite to pro. Very easy just unistall lite then install pro. All your pictures and information are saved from the Lite Edition.

One last question, I dont see an upload quota on the lite version. Can users upload as many pics as they want? Does that feature only come with the pro version?

btw, Ive installed it without a hitch.
