I need major help with my news and smileys section!!

Hello, I run hxxp:phrozenbodyboy.smfforfree.com [nonactive] and our smileys are not working!! Not even the SMF ones. I went to the smiley sets and I think I erased them. Can someone help me with that for FREE? And we are having trouble with our news section. It has a paypal donate button on the news, but when I try and edit the news section, it is blank (news text box or news preview is absent) It said I could use HTML and that donate button was an HTML!! Help!!
