Weird Issuse i face here with SMF site

I get lots of The server at www.simplemachines.org is taking too long to respond. these days when i click on child-boards links or try to post.

Is it my isp or smf does timeout?

Seems to work just fine for me, theres recently been some trouble with the server, you may have just been here during some bumpy times, does it still persist?
