A word ''Login'' appears on my facebook share insteadm of the topic title

At first the topic title used to appear on my facebook share but now the title becomes faint and doesnt appear in facebook. Just the word ''Login appears'' so how can i remove that?

be more specific, please... are you just posting links on Facebook? If so, what links?
or are you using one of the sharing mods (if so, what mod?)
