how stop a moved topic from getting sent to TOP of posts

guess it makes sense to LOCK the moved topic that has a message inside saying topic was moved to  . . .
but I rather it (the now locked topic) NOT be sent up top under the stick posts ?

You can't as it's treated just like any other new topic.
