Is there a way to do a Mass Upload of images into the gallery?
I have 3 categories, and lots of images to put into each one.
Mass upload for each category would be so useful.

That is one of the features in the Pro version BK.

The thumbnails need to be generated for those images.

So for each image, we have to generate a thumbnail.

Ok is there any software or what i have to ask to my hosting company.

If you remind I will try to get added to SMF Gallery a way to regenerate thumbnails.

I'm a bit of a noob at this, but I've been able to apply the mod so far.
There is, however, a problem with accessing the gallery. I'm not sure how you would make the files writable, as said to do in the installment instructions.
Is there supposed to be a link or button to click to take me to hxxp:mysite.com/forums/gallery [nonactive] where I located the gallery to? Thanks.

The link for the gallery in your case would be
mysite.com/forums/index.php?action=gallery

The button/link is only added to the default theme for custom themes you will need to edit the index.template.php of that theme.

Attach your index.template.php of your theme and I can do it.

Thanks dude, I really appreciate it. I was making some custom buttons of my own, and when I tried to look for where the main navigation buttons would be located I couldn't find them.

Got the gallery installed and it's working great, but it's missing the MyImages and Search tabs in our main theme.  I cant seem to find where to add them.  Anyone happen to know where I need to look?

That is fine you can proceed with the install.

Most likely an issue with your theme since it uses tabs it maybe expecting images for search and myimages.

If you have a link to your gallery that I can see I can check it out and let you know what is up.
