Clean install - No theme loading only text - tried repair_settings.php

Hi
I've just moved my websites to a new server (FastHosts UK) and installed a new Database for the Simple Machines forum I had running for many years on my old server.
I thought I'd start with a clean install then try and upload the back up.
However, after  downloading then uploading the latest version of SMF forum and successfully connecting to the new database (plus deleting the install file) the default theme is not loading. Text etc loads fine. I have used repair_settings.php and loaded the recommended links but the site still looks the same. Here's the link:

Is there a valid SSL certificate installed?

aha! Thank you. I've now installed the certificate and it seems to be working now
