Converting a converted database to a new install.

I have a question about converting an already converted Yabb -> SMF to a fresh install.  It looks like that some mod's and theme's will only work with a fresh install of the SMF forums.  Is there a way to convert a database to a fresh install so that I can use these mod's and theme's?

All mods work converted forums also. Remember, allmost every mod makes modifications to default theme, so if you use converted theme, they wont appear.
