Not sure I understand what you mean. Do you want that the registration form to appear only in english or do you want your new members to have english letters only in their usernames?

If the former, use English as your default language. If the letter that's not possible out of the box. You will need some custom mod for that. If you meant something else entirely, please clarify.

I don't remember seeing such a mod. Have you looked at our Mods section? If you can't find it there, you can request one at the Mod requests forum.
