Upgrading 1.0.8

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.8
I tried to upgrade this is the only problem...? Any help please

Converting members and personal messages... Unsuccessful!
This query:

    SELECT ID_MEMBER, im_ignore_list, gender, secretAnswer
    FROM smf_members
    LIMIT 0, 500;

Caused the error:

    Unknown column 'im_ignore_list' in 'field list'

What version are you upgrading from/to?

Well for the first thing is: Upgrading is SMF 1.0.x to 1.0.8 or (Different for 1.1)

The second thing is: Converters are for other BBS's such as phorum
