Post Moderation (can't find)

Hi!

I've a presentation board where i want to approve Topic to increase post count.

I must be blind, because i can't find Post Moderation in Profiles.

Where can i find it?

Please note that Post Moderation should first be enabled in Admin > Core features.
(not all forums will use it so it's an optional feature to enable or disable)
