Options to control porn posts

Hi Folks,

Been running v2 for a good while now for a chronic disease support group and its all good, but recently we've had a few porn posts.

Looking at the user accounts, they signed up months ago, and then they stayed dormant and posted some porn links and pictures recently. So I think our sign up process is pretty good actually, but I need to find a way of stopping this.

So I'd like some pointers about what options I have to control this.

One though was perhaps we could stop people posting links and pictures outside of our domain name. Perhaps I could do this with membergroup permissions, although I can't see a way of doing that. Another possible might be to make HTTP and WWW a swear word, so its not possible to post links, but I don't know if that would stop images etc.

Any other ideas would also be welcome.
