Web Install Error

I am trying to install a fresh forum using webinstall.
I get this error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/*******/public_html/webinstall.php:2) in /home/******/public_html/webinstall.php on line 911

Please advice

there are some servers that the webinstall does not work, you can do a full install and it should work.

I tried it before and it workd fine

I have a forum that crushed & I am trying to install it again.
I re-named the original directory to:
WWW.******.com/public_html~

& Created a new empty directory:
WWW.******.com/public_html
where I am trying to run webinstall

JoeB there are a few known issues w ith webinstall I would suggest you use the actual package.
