Hello!
I want to make an usergroup allowed to see just 3 or 4 boards of the forum... I based the membergroup in guest group, and granted then access to see the boards they should be. But the problem is they are seeing a lot more boards than they should see. All the boards dont give permissions to "guests" or "registered members", and most of the boards use Global Permission. What should I do? Probably there is something I am missing, but I dont know what to do. Please I need detailed help with this.

Edit: I found a based off posts group that gives permissions to see the boards giving problems to me. Is there a way to disable that group membership for some of the membergroups?

Do you actually need to typically grant certain boards access to some boards by post count in the first place? You could uncheck board access for post count based groups. Then members would only be granted access to these boards if they have their primary group or any secondary membergroup grant access to the board.

I took your advice, and disabled the permissions granted by that membergroup... I just hope the other membergroups grant those permissions (I am not the admin who installed the forum)... There is a lot of membergroups, so checking them one by one is far beyond the call of duty (lol)

No, thanks, the problem is solved, I just must avoid granting access to boards using post based membergroups...
