links that should popup don't open in new window

like when I try to send a PM and click on "find members" it doesn't popup a new window. It just opens in the same window (which makes this feature pointless). It works on my other forum, but for some reason it doesn't work on this one. www.louipimps.com

SP2, but it happens on the server too and for other users. I'm pretty sure it's not client side. I run 2 SMF forums and the other works. I think I goofed something up in my themes.

I renamed my forum directory and fixed it all over the place *EXCEPT* the default theme (which i wasn't using), but smf was using it for the location of the .js files. Thanks Tomer.
