I need help with profile comments...

the mod uploads correctly but when i apply the mod the warning message appears and the following error occurs...

1.     Execute Modification     ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php     Test failed
2.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english-utf8.php    Test failed

I'm having a different problem with profile comments...

I installed the package Profile Comments (1.2.1) a yr or so ago when I was running the Dilber MC theme and an older version of SMF, since I've switched to Leviathan and upgraded to SMF 1.1.5 the package doesn't seem to be working.  Does anyone know of a way to get it to run, or is there another package that I just haven't found yet that will work with this theme?
