i have version 2 beta but get that error when uploading certain packages..  it says i need an upgrade:| where can i do this?

im using sqlite if it helps :|

Try getting the large upgrade package and extract only the upgrade.php file. Upload it to your server and run it from the browser. Once that's done, delete the upgrade.php file.
