unicode ... chirilice an other letters

Hi, I am new here so if this question was allready answered... I am sorry

I cant seem to find a way in my forum to have all sorts of letters - greek, france, croatian..  čšđ î, ă and even some chirilice Ж... all I get is  ?

I am fine with english language set as default... please help

I guess that you intalled SMF in UTF-8. Have you checked your SMF database table's and field's collation? They must be in UTF-8 too.
