Some of those mods that you have installed aren't compatible with beta 4. Like topic description.
I'm not sure which of those mods alters the calendar. It might be one of those which is causing it.

Hm. Why is Users Online Today installed? I uninstalled that months ago. I think i'll just do the east fix, upload subs-calendar.php and do that.
