Ban Bug?

not sure what happened but on my forum i got an email form some dude that said he was banned. So i checked first to see if he was banned in the ban list..so nope he wasnt there. So i look around to make sure he didnt click anything.still nothign so we try to delete his account and see if he can re-register but it stills says hes banned from the forum..so any help would be appreciated

Have you tried to login with his password?
Ask him to give you for testing.

you may have blocked an ip block which he comes under... such as aol
