can i log on as another user

This is a fairly strange topic I'm sure, but we're having a problem with one of our users. She claims certain images aren't showing. At first we've assumed it was just an issue with her cache since we've recently upgraded to 2.0 RC1, but she assures us she's tried the site from three different computers. Admittedly, there is still a slim possibility it might still be the cache across all three computers, but it does seem unlikely. We'd really like to view the forum through her account. Is there a way to do this without resetting her password?

i think it'll come to that. I was really just looking to see if there was support for this since it'd help us quickly diagnose these sort of problems that people claim are completely "exclusive to them". lol I'm sure you guys hear you fair share of these

No there isn't an ability to do so.  You'll need to get their password.   You can ask them, reset it , and then get them to reset it again afterwards.  If security is an issue.
