Unicode problem with upgrade to smf rc3...

I wanted to uprade my forum from 1.1.11 to 2.0 RC3 and when I finished with instalation it give me this error...

How can I fix this?
Plaese help me people I really need to get my forum back

What is your browser character encoding set to?  Try to manually set it to Western or UTF-8

In your Settings.php, check for $maintenance. If it is set at 2, then put it on 0.
