Hi,

I'm migrating a forum from vBulletin, and so far SMF 2 is my top contender - I like the user administration features very much.

In our community we have regular forum members, and members who are also financial members of our organisation that need to get special privileges - including the ability to have active hyperlinks in their signatures, while regular forum members can have text-only sigs.

I've been looking to see if it's possible to set signature rules based on membergroup, but it doesn't seem to be. I've been trawling through the modules area and while I see some that do affect signature functionality, I don't see anything to restrict by membergroup.

What I'd like to know is:
a) is it possible to set signature rules according to membergroup in SMF 2; or
b) is there a module available to set signature rules according to membergoup; or
c) is setting signature rules according to membergroup something that *could* potentially be handled by a module, if I could find someone able to code it?

Thanks for any help anyone could give me!

"Membergroup based signature limits"? That is a mod. Search is your friend, helps ;).

Awesome, thanks! I thought I'd looked at every mod that mentioned "signature" but I missed that one :)
