Have a question before I install..

does this mod look something like this (this is from phpBB Board)


& After posting the topic will it show like this?


What I need is for the description of the topic to be below the topic title after posting...
Can this mod be tweaked to get his effect & if so can someone explain in details how it can be done.

I REALLY need something like this for my forum.. It's helpful to explain certain topic titles without have a LONG topic title in place.

thanks but I have a few problems with it

where can I activate topic note for subjects ?...
So far I've only been able to activate topic note for boards.

By the way, I had to guess where it was because in my admin panel, options are not showing up, I only have this

do you know where I can change it ? if not I'll probably find out by my self, no problem.

and secondly,
it looks like my custom view is not working and colors are not applied.


By the way, I made a french translation for the admin panel (go to theme/modifications.french.php)

Just forget what I said about not being able to create a note for subjects.

I know what is wrong.

Looks like I can't create a note if I do not activate this option for registered members only.
It's too bad because I would have like this for admin and moderators only.

Yes, you can enable the topic note feature for moderators only (admins always have full access). So you can set it up as you like.

And thanks for the French translation The missing text in your image is probably because of missing translated entries.

Not if you want to increase it past a certain point.

having an odd issue with this relating to the undefined index errors.
when a guest (spider) hits a forum they don't have permission for I get :
