This mod shows code of smileys on smiley popup page(you should have at least 1 smiley in the 'popup' group in smiley configuration for the 'more' link to be displayed.) .
Do and say your users to do a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) while you / they are on the posting page.

Looks like this mod works well on default theme. How about other themes?
This mod modify the Post.template.php file. I'm using customs themes that I download from theme page.
But there is no file of Post.template.php in my new theme. How can I install this mod on my new theme?
