I initially installed Ajax and couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled and then added SB. Did emulation and everything went fine. No SB. Went to permissions and no SB options. Went to try and Uninstall and cannot uninstall as no uninstaller. I reverted back to 2.0 again and uninstall works but gives me an error on every file change (Execute mod and replace- Test failed) Still no SB permissions in 2.0 and no SB. I also have Custom Form, Tapatalk, and SMF gallery installed.  Would like to get SB working. my next thought was to delete the package file from server and try to reinstall over the existing install.

Any other help would be appreciated thanks

Hi, i updated my forum (with normal curve theme), and iv'e just installed the shoutbox....after the update i cannot see words in shoutbox...can anyone help me?

up, if someonewrite in shoutbox, nothing happes...i see the clock that updates, ma nothing is written. It happens too with other shoutboxes just like ajachat

1. okay so i wanna install a few actions lke
/youtube {youtube video link} then a video plays in a small screen next to the shoutbox (on the right side of it)
/whisper {RECIPIENCE NAME} then whatever you wanna say
/announcement - Shouts a announcment in caps and red letters that says it was shouted by "Website STAFF"

2. i wanna make it be viewable by all members on every page!

3.make shouts start out like Ex.1 instead of Ex.2

This is great! Just one problem though. I just added the shout box but my friend can't see it? Do I need to let it update?

you have to go to your regular permissions and set it manually like i did it -not sure if you have to do it this way but-

Admin > Members > Permissions > {choose a membergroup > SMFPacks Shoutbox > click the white box that enables that certain membergroup to view the shoutbox,just keep repeating the last 4 steps :3
