How to modify the menu bar and Categories?

Is it personal I'm Portuguese and liked it without help, I want to modify the menus and the menus of categories, but did not know the change I want to by another bar menus and the menus category'll leave here a picture of what I modify. Help me please

There is a Portuguese board...

The menu bar is in Sources/Subs.php, look for "function setupMenuContext"
The Categories/Boards are managed in Admin > Forum > Boards.
