Hi,
Our site discusses medical issues.  Recently posters have started to trigger errors simply by the inclusion of the words "doxycycline" and "Azithromycin".

They trigger the following error -

Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403

Having tried "viagra" and got the same result I assume this is the result of an anti-spam process run amok.

How can we work around this problem?

Thanks,
Chris

I wasn't thinking along those lines, AJ. :)

But what mods might you have installed? Do you have a list of banned/censored words? The situation you are describing seems like a server issue, not an SMF one.

Yes,  we are on FreeHostia. and no,  not an April Fool.

We have no banned word list for our site that I am aware of but yes,  now wondering perhaps it is out server unless there is some kind of anti-spam measure very recently introduced to Simple Machines?  Using the word "doxycycline" in this post didn't crash this session as it does in ours.

FreeHostia has just completed a major relocation/conversion

Thanks to all.  Switching Mod_Security to detect mode solved our problem.

Seems Mod_Security needs more than a little fine tuning and perhaps a site specific customizing facility.
Also should have allowed Simple Machines to handle the error rather than crash the session.
