No, he's a clown who was banned from the site I used to admin. He wanted me to beg the current admins to reinstate his membership. I forwarded his request to them, and we all had a good laugh about it.

I should point out though that he really is a genius. Just ask him. He'll be glad to tell you all about his stunningly high IQ.
