FREE How to remove "layout and look" menu

Hello house, i urgently need your help. I have built a simple forum with smf. Everything is perfect. But i need to remove from Modify Profile drop down menu the following menu "look and layout" and "Notifications". I have seen how to do so from Permissions but that would affect the Forum Profile Menu where members can upload avatar. One can only edit the Main Menu through subs.php but not the Modify Profile. Please house how do i go about it?
