Member not able to edit color

Had a member report he cannot edit the color in a post. I don't know of any way for member or admin to control this feature. No other members have complained. How can I fix this?

He can edit color on other SMF sites.

I doubt that one member can have such problem while other members don't. If that's the case I would try to get more info from that member, like why he can't change it, what did he tried etc, as I'm sure that he just doesn't know how to do it appropriately.

Is he using the post editor dropmenu or typing the bbc tags manually?

If it works properly for other members, it may be a browser problem.  Ask member for his username/password, login into his account, see what happens when you post.

Agreed.  If it works for OP using affected account, that would pretty much confirm a browser problem.
