Colorize Board Content

Is there a Mod to colorize content (posts) in certain Boards. I would like to have all the posts in our Moderators Private Boards to be in a different color. Anything like this or near this ?

As such, there is an inbuilt option to choose Theme for a Board. This would be something like that.
