Receiving Error

Here is the message I get when trying to run the install.php file on a fresh installation of SMF 1.1 RC2.

Warning! You do not appear to have a version of PHP installed on your webserver that meets SMF's minimum installations requirements. If you are not the host, you will need to ask your host to upgrade, or use a different host - otherwise, please upgrade PHP to a recent version.

So I contacted my host, godaddy.com.  Here's their response:

Unfortunately, simplemachines.org is not affiliated with GoDaddy.com. If you are receiving errors when attempting to install products from their website please contact them regarding further troubleshooting with this issue.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

I am using their Economy plan:

Economy Plan:
• 5,000 MB Space   • 250 GB Transfer
• 500 Email Accounts   • 50 Email Forwards
• 10 MySQL Databases
• No advertising banners

It doesnt mention anything about php but I have mysql db's to use so I figured it would be ok...
