Game Prizes Mod (Just like Karma Mod)

I need a mod that is just like the Karma mod.

I need to be able to award a member a certain amount of points and enter in a description of what it's for. Or be able to take points away and be able to enter why.

I know the Karma mod enables you to increase or decrease a members' karma easily and you are able to enter in a description of why you do it. This is just what I need.

I could probably do it myself by taking the Karma Mod and just changing the terms and upload it, but I don't want to screw anything up.

Is something like this available?
