These are all happening within the admin.smf.php file

what could be causing these errors?

Version of bridge?

Version of SMF?

Version of Mambo/Joomla?

How did you install the component?

Version of bridge?

3.20

Version of SMF?

1.1 RC 2

Version of Mambo/Joomla?

1.10

How did you install the component?

Used the com_smf 1.1.15 I believe, that added the mambot, module, and two components.

Should I be uploading anything to the package manager in SMF? I do not have anything there currently installed in SMF.

From where do people keep getting that number?

QuoteUsed the com_smf 1.1.15 I believe, that added the mambot, module, and two components.

So, it's 1.1.5 then?

What I meant by "How did you install the component?", was "What method did you use to install the component?"

All of the "undefined" variables you have in your first post are stored in a database table.  If you installed the bridge by over-writing old files instead of uninstalling an old bridge and reinstalling this one, then the table would not have been created, resulting in the error.

xposed

That sounds like it might be the issue, but since then I have uninstalled the 4 things that you said to in your forum post.

What steps can I take to correct this? I have already tried uninstalling and installing.

Can you provide me with the sql dump I could use or point me to where the sql dump is, i don't see it in the zip file I downloaded.

Orstio

The table should be in your Joomla database, probably called jos_smf_config.

xposed

But what do I do with it? I am sorry =(

xposed

It is there, looks like the settings are all in line with what I set up in the joomla config. I am really at a loss here...

Orstio

Is it happening every time you access the bridge config, or did it only happen the first time?

xposed

No the site just does not work, if you try and goto www.guitargrind.com [nofollow] it just pulls up a blank page, well when I look in the log i get that error that I listed in the first post.

So the error is my website doesn't even show up, but it works when I del the bridge heh...

Orstio

Is that the PhpBB component installed there?  The bridge will not work while that is installed.

What SEF component is that?

xposed

I am not sure about the SEF component, i didn't think I had anythign like that?

no phpbb is not installed... =\

thank you btw for your quick replies

Orstio

This is the URL to which you just linked:

http://www.guitargrind.com/

Either that is not Joomla, or it is a SEF component generating the URLs.

When I click the Forum link, it takes me here:

http://www.guitargrind.com/forum.php

Which looks a lot like PhpBB to me.
