Where to translate mod text?

Seems i have been away for too long, and forget where it was to translate installed mod text to another language. I cant remember the filename...or find it, i have 2 additional alngiages installed. Thanks for help

I think you translate the strings in ModSettings.english.php and then rename it to Modsettings.[language].php

I cant be 100% certain though.
