Moving to a diffrent host.

Hey,
I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but it sounds the most relevant.
I'm currently using free smf hosting for my forums.
I just wanted to know is it possible to move my board to another hosting site.
You see I wanna move to a paid hosting site but dont wanna start my whole board from scratch.
I dont have Ftp accesse.
