RSS FEED Error

I cant get my rss feed to work, so I came here and someone got this one the work but I couldnt. hxxp:www.expressratingservices.com/smf/index.php?type=rss&action=.xml [nonactive]

I am trying to pull the code through using rss rather then ssi to my home page. Unless you guys can tell me how to remove the date, the topic forum and just have the posts listed because if you take a look at the bottom of hxxp:www.expressratingservices.com [nonactive] the forum posts come through all bunched up no matter what I do.

So I tried the rss feed and all that came through was the code to the rss feed, so I had to change it back to the ssi.php one.

Please help.

doesnt work either.. then perhaps you have a fault in your in your template

I'm also having a similiar problem.  Bloglines won't recognize hxxp:forums.neurostechnology.com/smf/index.php?action=.xml [nonactive]  We just setup SMF, so maybe we're doing something wrong?
