Phat calendar problem

I am not seeing the "Apply Mod" link for one Phat Calendar pack (1.something).  The 0.9.somthing has the link, but then spins it's wheels till the server finally times out trying to install the mod.  What gives?  I have downloaded the "latest" mod and hopefully that is not one I already have.  I am simply trying to get the recurring items function to work.
