Snow Theme

Looks... Its hard to see its snowing, maybe add a snow falling javascript, I know one, but the one i know of makes everythign slow.

I ran snow javascript on my own forum last year. At first it ran slow but I had to make a few changes to the script and it then ran perfectly.
I'll try and dig up the code I ended up with.
