problem with converting database char UTF8

i have upgraded my forum from rc2 to rc3 in normal language files(latin1)... but i need utf8 so i uploaded the x.x-utf8.php language files and set it from the admin panel server settings...

in forum maintenance there is a convert the database and data char to utf8 option... when i try to do this i get this error message

Duplicate entry '32' for key 1
File: c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\rc3upgrade\Sources\Admin.php
Line: 1233

in that line there are these codes:

i have done something:

after upgraded in normal language files, i create the backup and restore it to a new rc3 utf8 language files forum... then i converted the database and data char to utf8 and the html codes succesfully.... but the messages and the kategories displays again wrong characters, instead of my language characters it displays ?      when i write a new message there is no problem with characters but with the previous messages there is...

what should i do ?? help plz....

do you have that charset installed in you browser?....

  yes... it works fine with new utf8 forum... when i restore the backup the characters become strange...

  i said that when i send a new message there is no char problem but with previous messages yes
