2 problems Menu button hiding + Admin

Hi, i need Help!.... Having a couple of problems with my new smf forum. www.ukhiphop.co.uk [nofollow]

1. One of the buttons on top menu doesn't show properly, in IE you can just see a tiny bit of it poking out from behind the log off button and in firefox you can see a bit more of it.

I am sure it must be a layout problem but i have trawled throught the PHP and tried changing everything possible but cant seem to find out why it's doing it?

2. In firefox everytime i try to anything admin related it keeps asking me to log in again, in IE it is fine?

Any Help greatly appreciated.

ps. If you dont mind you will have to register to see the problem,(this is not a ploy to get members, I promise i will remove you after checking )

Ah yes i see your problem , you should contact that themes creator Crip as it is his theme your getting the problem with.

As for your firefox admin problem check that cookies are allowed in your firefox options and that you dont have any blocks for your site.
