Hi there--

I am using  SMF 1.1 RC3 with TinyPortal v0.9.5--our site has been up and running for a few months, and tonight out of the blue the shoutbox has stopped working.  I checked the database and the shouts are in there but are not showing up on the shoutbox or in the admin section where you could delete or edit them...

Any ideas what could be happening?  As far as I can tell nothing at all has been changed since we went live a few months ago.  That said there were over 900 shouts...could that be it?

Blessings!

Your would get your best results if you contacted the mod creator. Maybe there is a bug in the shoutbox if it reaches a max number of shouts

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize it wasn't standard?  I don't think I have changed it or anything, I thought it came with SMF?  Hmm...how would I be able to find out?

Thanks in advance...

Blessings!

I believe it came with TinyPortal. If it's the TinyPortal one, you'll need to contact the author of TinyPortal (Bloc) for help. Please visit the TinyPortal support forum at http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?action=forum :)

Thanks Daniel!

I posted over there...I had no idea where the shoutbox came from but I knew I didn't add it as a module.

I appreciate your kindness in pointing me in the right direction!
Blessings!
