View/Delete Members --> Search

I've noticed that every time I click on View/Delete Members, I really want to go to the user search form. (I.E. I'm never looking for one of my first 50 members, sorted by name.)

Based on that, I think it would make sense to have View/Delete Members default to the search function. Anyone else have an opinion here?

Hmm, that would be an ok feature to add. Cause then the admin will have the opportunity to search for a specific member, instead of having to scroll through a big list.
