databas error?

everytime i load my site and other memebers every page they get a Database Error like so.

Did it just start happening or did you upgrade and forget to run upgrade.php or something?

Try running upgrade.php anyway.  Did you install any mods?

Try upgrading the distribution files again.

If that doesn't help, please try checking your tables in phpMyAdmin and making sure they aren't "in use".
