No voting for mods

When I try to use the VOTE button on the mod site to vote for what mods I like I get this error. I am using FF but I doubt that helps at all seeing as this is a db error:

Also I see a "ToDo" tab in the tabs bar. Am I supposed to see that.

I've reported that to the bug tracker. I'm not actually sure if that page is even used anymore.

I must be blind cause I can't see it.  That page is not supposed to be shown.
