I am thinking of using this type of forum as it is in my fantastico bundle.

How does it compare with Invision Board?

Can you use skins to change the look of the board?

Is it easy to configure?

2)Yes see the section on templates and graphics

3) You wont find more simple (Simplemachines) yet powerful.
