mkportal to tinyportal

  i dont have idea on how to switch to tinyportal, any tips or guide, tutorials? is it easy or it really needs a coder?

upload and click install.....and you have switched

It's true, it is very easy.

Beware that it doesn't actually convert anything from MKPortal. But I think it should be easy enough to copy over some things since some of the features are alike.

As a result of TP being a mod to SMF, you can actually run both MKP and TP at the same time..though I would not recommend it resource-wise.
