Any ideas?

Last time it error'd at a different point during memberlist importing --  is it just buggy? just keep at it?

Also -- I noticed my forums stats have been reset to 1 user, 1 post, etc -- even though thats not correct, all the 65000 posts are there and the 1200 members  --

Anyway, it's usual to have errors in avatar copy, since some of them are usually not there...

Does the converter stops, or says "success" even with those "avatar errors"

And yes it just stops completely...

Are there more steps after the avatar copy?

I think there is also "attachments", if you have them on your phpBB installation...
